Sometimes daily financial tasks can become overwhelming for you or your loved ones.

Your Money Lady

Your Money Lady can take on the burden of these daily tasks, creating a more stable environment and peace of mind.

How Your Money Lady Started

Your Money Lady grew organically from my first company, Your Tech Lady. While helping clients with their technology needs, I noticed that many also struggled with everyday financial tasks, such as paying bills or reviewing statements. Again and again, I heard how stressful, worrying, and overwhelming these responsibilities could feel.

Everyone’s circumstances were different. Some clients had difficulty remembering when bills were due, while others found online payment systems confusing. Some had never managed these tasks because a spouse had always handled them but could no longer do so because of health challenges or had passed away. Family members wanted to help, but they often lived too far away or didn’t have enough time.

As more clients began asking for help, expanding my services felt like a natural next step. This type of support is known as Daily Money Management, and I am proud to be a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM).

How We Help

Your financial situation is deeply personal, and no two situations are alike. That’s why we take the time to understand what you need and create a plan that works for you. We understand that factors such as time constraints, uncertainty, anxiety, or simply not knowing where to begin can make everyday financial responsibilities feel overwhelming. Our goal is to give you and your family greater peace of mind so you can spend less time worrying about finances and more time enjoying life.

What Services Do We Offer?

Paying bills, including preparing payments for client approval

Organizing tax documents and other financial paperwork

Reviewing medical insurance papers and following up on claims

Reconciling checking accounts and statements

What we don't do

  • We do not invest or manage assets, prepare tax returns, or give tax, legal, or investment advice. When you need that kind of help, we will refer you to a professional who does

  • Providing general organization of financial papers and systems

  • Referring clients to legal, tax, and investment professionals and to community resources

Working Alongside Your Professionals

Many of our clients come to us through the professionals they already trust. We work alongside estate and elder law attorneys, care and case managers, and financial advisors, handling the day-to-day finances for a shared client so each of us can focus on our part.

Meet Jackie

As the Owner and Founder of Your Money Lady, I’m dedicated to helping people manage their day-to-day finances with confidence and ease. By taking care of important financial tasks and paperwork, I give clients and their families greater peace of mind.

This support can also help clients remain independent and stay in their homes longer, improving their overall quality of life.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll often find me playing Mahjong or trivia, exploring estate sales, or spending time with my three very spoiled fur babies: one dog and two cats.

Our Process

We’ll start by talking about your situation, concerns, and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan and provide only the support you truly need. Every conversation is thoughtful, respectful, and completely confidential.

Not sure whether it is time?

Five questions worth asking, about yourself or about someone you love. Nothing to fill in, nothing to sign up for.

If two or more of these are true, a conversation is probably worth having.

The spouse who always handled the money is gone, and the bills do not stop coming.

A bill was paid twice, or not at all.

Second notices or calls from collectors have started showing up.

Money is going out to callers, charities, or subscriptions nobody can account for.

Nobody besides the person themselves knows how the finances are set up.

Let us start with a conversation

Share your situation and concerns, whether it is for you or someone you love. There is no obligation, and nothing you share goes anywhere else.
